Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Each country has different customs requirements, duty rates, and import processes, so it’s important to be aware of these before placing your order. We do not accept international orders through our website due to the need for specific documentation in some countries. Additionally, a veterinary permit is required in some countries, which will incur an additional cost.

 

Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy that begins when your package is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for more details. The customer is responsible for the return freight cost and the restocking fee (25%), unless Schuman Feathers has made an error with the order.
