Refund policy

*Customers have 14 days to return their unused feathers.
*Customers must call for authorization before returning feathers.
*ALL accepted returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee
***We ONLY except returns if the product was NOT used. Customers who return used products are subject to a partial refund or feathers may be sent back to the customer with no refund what so ever.
*Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving return.
*We do not refund the initial shipping charges the customer paid.
*The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning products.
*We have the right to refuse any package that appears to be damaged or broken.
